Today is our one-year anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking out the window to this view is so relaxing. I think it was in the 60's this morning. Waking up without an alarm clock and sharing breakfast in the early sunshine on our patio was just amazing.

Today we went to a local winery and browsed around some of the local shops for most of the afternoon.

We ended the night by enjoying the cool breeze outside and grilling salmon & corn on the cob.

I love grilling now. Everything tastes better and it's a good excuse to be outside. We grilled veggie burgers and potato skins. Mmmm mmmm!

Tonight we grilled salmon and made the most amazing potatoes. They are heavenly. You need to try these. Ok, get 2 potatoes, diced; 1 small onion, cut up; 1-2 garlic cloves, minced; salt & pepper (and Tony's if you're like us); splash of olive oil. Put it all in a foil pouch, top it off with 1-2 T of butter, seal the pouch and put it on the grill for 15-20 min and flip it a few times. You're welcome.

We cooked out tonight with homemade onion rings and fresh grilled salmon burgers.
