While Trey was at work I was doing wifey things like vacuuming and cooking. I thought Trey would appreciate having dinner ready when he got home from work. Knowing traffic would be bad because of the icy roads, I planned to have it ready a bit later. Little did I know it would take him three and a half hours to get home! That's insane. Oh, and more snow is coming tonight.

Temperatures are still way below freezing, and on top of that our electricity has been going off and on all day. Trey tried going to work today, but fishtailed through an intersection and decided it was too dangerous to try to drive all the way to Dallas. Everything is covered in a thick layer ice, we went out and skated around until we were too cold.

Thunder snow! 

We got a lot of snow, hail, and sleet last night in the closest thing we've ever seen to a blizzard. This morning Trey tried to go to work, but even with their delayed start time it was no where near safe driving conditions here in Denton.

Trey found a pretty awesome icicle. It dripped all over the floor and ended up in the disposal, but we still have a snowball in the freezer!

Snow day! We went on a cold walk to the square and had a big snowball fight. It was fun, but then I got hit in the face by some guy and got a nosebleed. Oh well, we still enjoyed the day, at least it was memorable.
